Return Policy

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. Please see item description located underneath photos. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

 

FAQ 

I want to do an exchange, what do I do?

 Currently we are unable to accommodate exchanges.

 

SIZING 

Please double check size and color of your clothes carefully before buying ( The specific size will be found on each product's purchasing page). All items come as pictured and described. 

 

ORDER PROCESSING

 Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.  If your order is confirmed delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office.  We do not issue refund for packages that shows that it has been delivered.

 

CANCELLATION

 

Please note we do not accept cancellations after your order has been shipped.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame being published, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.

In the case of entering an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to fulfill you request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information that was entered by the customer.

 

All orders placed within the US, will be shipped via USPS.Standard shipping can take 2-5 business days to arrive once shipped. This is just an estimate not a guarantee, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. 

 

LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES

 

Kissed Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered for an address entered on an order.  Upon inquiry, Kissed Boutique will confirm delivery to address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
